Before You Register, Here's some Quick Facts:

Donate All Consignor Pass

A "Donate All" Consignor is someone who chooses to donate every single unsold item they bring. Selecting even one item for pickup means you do not qualify as a Donate All Consignor..

This pass is good for entry for you + 1 guest on Wednesday, October 15th @ 10am
AND entry for you + 2 guests on Friday, October 17th @ 5pm.

This pass will scan 2 times on Wednesday the 15th (once for you and once for your guest) and 3 times on Friday the 17th (once for you, and twice for your guests)

**If you do not drop off any items to sell this pass will be invalid**

Regular Consignor Pass

A "Regular" Consignor is someone who chooses to pick up any unsold items after the sale.

This pass is good for entry for you + 1 guest on Wednesday, October 15th @ 12pm
AND entry for you + 2 guests on Friday, October 17th @ 6pm.

This pass will scan 2 times on Wednesday the 15th (once for you and once for your guest) and 3 times on Friday the 17th (once for you, and twice for your guests)

**If you do not drop off any items to sell this pass will be invalid**

  • -A "Donate All" Consignor is someone who chooses to donate every single unsold item they bring (all tags MUST be marked "D" for donate on the tag). Selecting even one item for pickup means you do not qualify as a Donate All Consignor.

  • -A "Regular" Consignor is someone who chooses to pick up any unsold items after the sale.



Choose Your Drop-Off Appointment: 

Drop-Off Times:
Monday, October 13th from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Tuesday, October 14th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Regular Drop Off times are available to everyone, however, we do ask that you do not take a Monday evening appointment unless you absolutely need it. 

Express Drop Off times are only available to those who Reduce & Donate ALL of their items. Simply pull up to our drop off zone outside the venue, unload, and go! Cost for Express is $20 for the first 100 items and then an additional $15 for each 100 items in addition to that. Express drop off is limited to 300 items or fewer.

Regular Consignor Pick-Up:

**NEW FOR FALL 2025** Pick up appointments are no longer needed.
Unsold item may be picked up on Sunday, October 19th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
All items not picked up by 8:30 PM will be donated.

(6:00pm is our busiest pickup time, so if you choose to come then, expect longer lines)



Item Limits:

  • Junior Girl's Clothing - **NEW for Fall 25** this category no longer has an item limit! Bring as many items as you would like for this category BUT it is limited by brand. To see the list of accepted brands go HERE.
  • Mommy Mart - **NEW for Fall 25** this category is limited to 8 items per consignor. To see the list of accepted items go HERE.


Tagging Gun Usage

A quick note for anyone using a tagging gun to tag their items: 

Tagging guns can be a huge timesaver, but it is IMPERATIVE that they are used properly. 

Tags may be attached to an inside hanging tag OR directly in the underarm seam on the right side of the garment (right side when looking at the front of the garment)

Never attach tags through just one layer of fabric. Doing this will permanently damage the garment by creating a hole, and we will have to reject it during inspection.

Your time is valuable, and we don’t want it wasted on items we can’t accept for sale. Please be careful and check your tagging!



Consignor Agreement
Please take a moment to read carefully.

*Earnings & Fees*

I will earn 60% of the gross sales of my items sold at JBF Bremerton (unless using our Valet Service).

Seller fees are pre-paid and non-refundable, even if I choose not to participate or bring items.


*Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policies*

All items must be dropped off during scheduled drop-off hours. No exceptions.

Items not marked “donate” must be picked up during the scheduled Pick-Up time.

Any items not picked up on time will be donated. No exceptions.

If I believe an item is missing, I must submit a Missing Item Research Form within 24 hours of Pick-Up. Items with a final sale price of less than $10 are not eligible for missing item research.


*Item Quality, Ownership & Tagging*

I certify that I am the owner of all items I bring and that they have been carefully inspected for quality and cleanliness.

Items that do not meet JBF standards for cleanliness, condition, or safety will be pulled from the floor.

Items marked “donate” during tagging will be donated at the end of the sale.

I verify that no item I am consigning is subject to a recall per the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

All items must be clean, complete, working, and not defective or missing parts. If an item is returned for being defective, I will not be paid for it.


*Pricing, Discounting & Sales*

JBF Bremerton will sell my items at the price listed on the barcode tag.

If my item is marked "full price," it will not be discounted.

If my item is marked "reduce," it will be eligible for discounts during the Half Price Presale and 50% off day.

Prices are based on the tag only. Online changes do not affect the printed tag.


*Responsibility & Risk*

I understand that JBF Bremerton acts as a broker for consignors, not a retailer.

JBF Bremerton and JBF Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for loss, fire, theft, or damage to my items.

Ownership of items remains with me until sold or donated.


*Payment & Communication*

I understand payment will be issued via the email address on file, unless I request a paper check by mail.

If requesting a mailed check, the mailing address on this registration will be used.


*Photos & Publicity*

By attending the event, I agree that JBF may use photos of me for promotional purposes.

If I do not wish to be photographed, I may verbally opt out at the sale.

I understand that I may receive text and/or email reminders from JBF Bremerton and I can unsubscribe at any time.


Consignor Payout

Consignors earn 60% on their sold items (unless using our Valet Service). Your payment for items sold during the sale will be issued within 2 weeks after the completion of the sale. E-checks sent via email will arrive instantly once issued, physical checks sent via USPS will arrive an additional 10 business days after being issued.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Navy Federal Credit Union customer they have stated that they do not accept E-checks so please choose the USPS mailed option for your payment.

  • Please allow an additional 10 business days for your check to arrive.



Consignor Fee

Please use code EARLYBIRD below to receive our 25% early registration discount through August 15th. Registration increases to $20 after that date. If you register at the door on the first day of drop off (October 13th or after) the cost is $25.

Consignor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
