Consignor Fee
Please use code EARLYBIRD below to receive our 25% early registration discount through February 28th. Registration increases to $20 after that date. If you register at the door on the first day of drop off (April 7th or after) the cost is $25.
Consignor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Children are allowed, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off. Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue.
Regular Drop Off times are available to everyone, however, we do ask that you do not take a Monday evening appointment unless you absolutely need it.
Express Drop Off times are only available to those who Reduce & Donate ALL of their items. Simply pull up to our drop off zone outside the venue, unload, and go! Cost for Express is $20 for the first 100 items and then an additional $15 for each 100 items in addition to that. If you are uncertain of how many items you will be consigning just estimate.

Unsold items with tags having a "D" in a circle are automatically donated:
Select this option if you do not need a pickup time.
Pick up during your reserved time only. Items not picked up by 9:00pm will be donated to our charity partners.
Consignors earn 60% of their items sales total. Your payment for items sold during the sale will be issued 2 weeks after the completion of the sale. E-checks sent via email will arrive instantly once issued, physical checks sent via USPS will arrive an additional 10 business days after being issued.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Navy Federal Bank customer they have stated that they do not accept E-checks so we recommend you choose the USPS option for your payment.
Please allow an additional 10 business days for your check to arrive.
A quick note for anyone using a tagging gun to tag their items:
Tagging guns can be a huge timesaver, but it is IMPERATIVE that they are used properly.
Tags may be attached to an inside hanging tag OR directly in the underarm seam on the right side of the garment (right side when looking at the front of the garment)
Tags must NEVER be attached directly through a single layer of fabric. This WILL create a hole in the garment that does not go away and this garment will be rejected during inspection.
Your time is very valuable and we do not want it to go to waste tagging items that we can not accept for sale during our event. PLEASE BE DILIGENT when using this tool!
