Pre-paid Seller Fees are non-refundable. Note: Sellers who mark all tags to reduce and donate will receive 100% off the Seller Fee.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales received by JBF Bremerton for my items sold during the event.

Items that do not meet JBF quality & cleanliness standards will be removed from the sales floor.

Unsold items marked "donate" will be donated. Unsold items NOT marked "donate" will be sorted for Seller Pick Up. Items remaining after Pick Up ends will be donated.

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) Bremerton and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that JBF Bremerton is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF Bremerton has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand JBF Bremerton will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my registration here will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail. In the case of a mailed check the address provided on this registration will be used.

Consignor Fee

The $15 Early Bird pricing remains in effect through August 31st and then increases to $20 on September 1st. If you register at the door on the first day of drop off (October 14th) or after the cost is $25.

Consignor Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.



Drop Off

Monday, October 14th 4pm-9:30pm & Tuesday, October 15th 8am-4pm 

Children are allowed, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue.   

Regular Drop Off times are available to everyone, however, we do ask that you do not take a Monday evening appointment unless you absolutely need it. 

Express Drop Off times are only available to those who Reduce & Donate ALL of their items. Simply pull up to our drop off zone outside the venue, unload, and go! Cost for Express is $20 for the first 100 items and then an additional $15 for each 100 items in addition to that. If you are uncertain of how many items you will be consigning just estimate.

Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

     Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

Unsold items with tags having a "D" in a circle are automatically donated:



  • Select this option if you do not need a pickup time.

  • Pick up during your reserved time only. Items not picked up by 9:00pm will be donated to our charity partners.

Consignor Payout

Your payment for items sold during the sale will be issued 2 weeks after the completion of the sale. E-checks sent via email will arrive instantly once issued, physical checks sent via USPS will arrive an additional 10 business days after being issued.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Navy Federal Bank customer they have stated that they do not accept E-checks so we recommend you choose the USPS option for your payment.

  • Please allow an additional 10 business days for your check to arrive.



Tagging Gun Usage

A quick note for anyone using a tagging gun to tag their items: 

Tagging guns can be a huge timesaver, but it is IMPERATIVE that they are used properly. 

Tags may be attached to an inside hanging tag OR directly in the underarm seam on the right side of the garment (right side when looking at the front of the garment)


Tags must NEVER be attached directly through a single layer of fabric. This WILL create a hole in the garment that does not go away and this garment will be rejected during inspection. 

Your time is very valuable and we do not want it to go to waste tagging items that we can not accept for sale during our event. PLEASE BE DILIGENT when using this tool!
